How to Submit An Open Houses:

REMINDER: You must be a MAR member and open houses will be view-able to the public.

  1. The open house information needs to be completed in a flyer format before sending to Massanutten Association of REALTORS®. We will NOT accept MLS listing links or individual details and requests for us to create the appropriate materials. Please include the following in your ad:
  • Date & Time of Open House
  • Address of Open House
  • Price of Listing
  • Agent Name and Company Info
  1. Open house advertisements need to be sent in by email to both Mar@shentel.net AND Massanutten.Association@gmail.com in either a PNG format or JPG format.  Please be sure to send your advertisement to BOTH emails to ensure your open house is received and published on the website
  2. Deadline to submit open house fliers is 2:00pm the day before the open house. For a weekend open house please submit by Friday at 2:00pm. Anything Submitted later then the required time will NOT be posted.
  3. The fliers will be posted on our social media outlets, and you are still welcomed to post your own.
