PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS:
The professional Standards Committee serves as a pool of potential members for the Association’s Ethics Hearings, Encourages professional conduct among members, while they are directed by the powers and responsibilities detailed in the Associations ByLaws and involved in arbitration conflicting monetary claims. (Term 3 years)

GRIEVANCE:
Grievance Committee is composed of REALTOR® members who make preliminary investigation and evaluations of a complaint to determine whether to dismiss the complaint as unworthy of further consideration, only after Mediation has been done. Refer it to the complainant as appropriate for arbitration rather than disciplinary action, or refer it to the EO to schedule for hearing. THE GRIEVENCE COMMITTEE DOES NOT CONDUCT HEARINGS AND DOES NOT DETERMINE IF A VIOLATION OF THE CODE OF ETHICS HAS OCCURED. (Term 3 years)
