Joining a committee has always been a great way to make new contacts, learn about the new trends in the industry and have a hand in shaping the Associations direction.



Member Service
Plans membership meetings, Develops award programs and award criteria for the Association, recommend the categories of awards to be given, provide educational opportunities for members to broaden their professional abilities. (Term One Year)

Prepare the updating of bylaws from changes in VR and NAR regulations. Update every year, define strategic policy, implement the policy process. Update the plan every three years. (Term 3 Years)

Public Relations
Organizes and participates in functions to raise money for community projects. Negotiate new contact as needed for printing real estate publication. (Term One Year)

The professional Standards Committee serves as a pool of potential members for the Association’s Ethics Hearings, Encourages professional conduct among members, while they are directed by the powers and responsibilities detailed in the Associations ByLaws and involved in arbitration conflicting monetary claims.

Grievance Committee is composed of REALTOR® members who make preliminary investigation and evaluations of a complaint to determine whether to dismiss the complaint as unworthy of further consideration, only after Mediation has been done. Refer it to the complainant as appropriate for arbitration rather than disciplinary action, or refer it to the EO to schedule for hearing. THE GRIEVENCE COMMITTEE DOES NOT CONDUCT HEARINGS AND DOES NOT DETERMINE IF A VIOLATION OF THE CODE OF THICS HAS OCCURED.

Affiliate’s Committee:
Plans and coordinates events which will enhance the Affiliate Members ability to network with the REALTORS®.  Increases awareness of our Affiliate Members and works to increase our Affiliate Membership Base.  Meets 1st Tuesday of each month
