Join the Massanutten Association of REALTORS®
The Massanutten Association of REALTORS® would like to have you as an Affiliate.
1. You would be exposing your business to all Massanutten Association Realtors who could potentially have use of your services.
2. You will have the opportunity to attend our monthly membership meetings and get to know the Realtors personally.
3 We offer the opportunity to advertise in our Real Estate Publication at a reasonable rate. Please contact our office for
further information regarding advertising.
4. A directory of Affiliates with your company name and phone number will be listed in the publication monthly at no charge.
5. We have a website, www.shenandoahrealestate.org. On our website we have a section listing our affiliates with a contact
name(s), logo, your picture, your phone number and anything else you want us to list for your business.
6. You may contact the Board Office (540.459.2937) to arrange to be a speaker at one of our 8 membership meetings or
even be a sponsor to one of our formal meetings or education sessions.Or, of the 8 informational meetings during the year,
on a first come first serve basis, you may elect to give a 5-10 minute blurb regarding your business after the scheduled
speaker has completed their program, we will arrange a table for you to set up your information.
7. We have an Affiliates day’s in April (month may vary) you will be able to set a table up FREE and give out your information.
8. We also have an Affiliates Committee you are welcomed to join. This Committee will be helpful in relationships with our
Agents and the Community.
9. You will also have an opportunity to ad your business card in our Affiliates booklet that goes in each real estate office.
10. To join the Massanutten Association of REALTORS® the annual dues are $95.00. This is a small price to pay when
you think of the possible rewards.
